Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a 5-star hotel or equivalent
- High school graduate or formal housekeeping training certificate
- Effective communication in English
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Job Duties:
- Registering and keeping records of guests
- Making room reservations and handling hotel services like dining
- Conducting security checks and other inspections
- Performing housekeeping duties as needed
- Cleaning public areas like lobbies, waiting areas, and reception
- Maintaining assigned or reserved areas
- Providing coffee service for complimentary hotel lobby functions
- Organizing night concierge events
- Cleaning and setting up meeting rooms
- Stocking and restocking housekeeping supplies
- Driving shuttle vans and other hotel vehicles to receive guests
- Transporting service items to guest rooms when ordered
